Eden heights project is to be completed in 2 phases:
Phase 1 consists of 32 blocks, 608 apartments of 3-4 bedrooms.
Phase 2 consists of 24 blocks, 640 apartments of 2-3-4 bedrooms.
Eden Heights Complex boasts of various public areas, including the following facilities: Sports center with Semi-Olympic swimming pool, a football pitch, a sports hall, an indoor and outdoor gym. It also has additional facilities such as fire protection reservoir, a fire fighting system and a bio gas treatment plant
