Construction began in 2015 on the new headquarters of the EDAIF. ‘Export House’ is located in the business center of Accra and comprises 14 floors of offices, two floors of commercial services and two of underground car parking. Using the ‘Baranowitz’ building method for the first time, Amandi completed the construction within two years. This innovative method is used for constructing high-density buildings through utilizing pre-fabricated components, including stone cladding, to reduce program time and labor costs on site.
