During a 14-month period, Amandi worked on the design and build of a multi-functional, 5,000 sq m office block for PROPCo, a subsidiary of the VRA power generation company in Airport Residential Area, Accra. Since the main target of this building is to be rented out, this complex was designed to accommodate as many offices as possible within the infrastructure.
